What to buy for a diet:

  • Fruits: lemon, apple (11 pcs, green and not sweet);
  • Fresh chicken eggs (22 pcs);
  • Vegetables, in principle, any other except the potatoes (due to the composition starch, you will have to refuse 11 days);
  • Greens (the more, the better);
  • Kefir (normal freshness, there is no point in low dairy products, they only distribute appetite) - 500 ml daily;
  • Mineral water (can be gases), great to avoid constipation and swelling problems;
  • Buckwheat and barley (from a package);
  • Cheese (optional, can be replaced with cottage cheese).
Dietary cuts

Menu for 11 days:

Awakening:A glass of water and a slice of lemon (warm view);

Breakfast:Eggs and buckwheat cooked in an evening water bath, tea/coffee;

Lunch, after 1.5-2 hours: an apple and mineral water;

Dinner:Por, cooked in an evening water bath, a vegetable salad with greens (you can season with olive oil or sour cream), any b/sugar;

Snack Afternoon:Eggs in any form, 1/2 tomato or cucumber, mineral water;

Dinner:Buckwheat (you can add onions+carrots to olive oil or linen and a prey drink;

Late Dinner:Up to 500 ml kefir.

In the dietThere is no meat, perhaps this is why it was called a budget.But we get the protein from the eggs - cheap and very rich in useful substances.Also, cereals - buckwheat and barley pearls, contain a number of minerals and vitamins, which helps to be more elastic, and the intestines clean it smoothly and gently.

Sport, training and adult physical activity in such a short diet with a monotonous diet is not required.The body is not adjusted to food, excess load is nothing.But this does not exclude healthy walking, uniform sleep and skin care (self -massage, bath, meditation).
